What I love about Thaidrama is that they don’t shy away from showing the darker sides of human emotions. Revenge plots, jealousy, and complicated family ties are often central, yet they’re portrayed in such a way that you can’t help but sympathize with every character. It makes you reflect on how messy real life can be.
What I always found cool about Samehadaku is how it catered to Indonesian anime fans specifically. Most of the subs were in Bahasa Indonesia, and that helped a lot of people who weren’t comfortable watching with English subs. It’s one of the reasons the Indonesian anime community grew so strong—it made anime way more approachable for a wider audience.
I’ve always believed that accessibility is the key to growing any fandom, and Anoboy is living proof of that. Without it, a huge portion of the anime community would simply miss out on seasonal shows, trending arcs, or even classic series. For me, it’s not just about watching anime—it’s about being able to keep up with conversations online and not feeling left out when everyone is hyped about the same episode. Anoboy makes that possible.
