Customers may be able to arrange collection from a home address, workplace, Courier Services, or another approved location and have the item transported directly to the recipient. This can be useful for local and regional deliveries where speed is more important than the lowest possible shipping price. The cost of an urgent courier service can depend on several factors, including journey distance, vehicle type, parcel size, parcel weight, collection time, delivery time, traffic conditions, and the level of urgency.
