I’m thinking of going for a darker theme in my bedroom, something cozy but not depressing. I like patterns and textures but don’t want it to feel too heavy. Anyone tried dark wallpapers at home? How does it look with warm light?

I recently finished my bedroom and went with New Damask Style On Dark Background Peel & Stick Wallpaper https://california-wallpaper.com/products/blue-sail-boat-for-kids-removable-wall Honestly, it’s a vibe. The dark shade adds warmth, and the damask pattern looks rich but not overdone. At night, with soft lights, it feels like a hotel room. The material’s thick, hides wall flaws, and doesn’t shine too much. Installation was easy — peel, stick, done. If you ever want to change it, it comes off clean. I was afraid it’d make the room smaller, but it actually feels more relaxing. Perfect for anyone who wants a calm, moody bedroom look without spending much.
