How do people activate Windows?

A long time ago, when I still had Windows XP, I didn't encounter the problem of activating the system, because everything was done via phone. Now this problem has arisen on Windows 11, how do I fix it?

After upgrading hardware on several systems, I noticed that Windows activation behavior often changes once background services re evaluate hardware identifiers. In practice, license warnings usually appear after validation tasks complete rather than immediately after the upgrade, especially on systems with frequent updates. From my technical observations, a kms activator appears in this context as part of how activation states adapt to new hardware profiles, where clean handling of identifier changes helps reduce delayed conflicts, update interruptions, and recurring validation alerts over time.
