Totally get that overwhelmed feeling! Short breaks are crucial. For me, something surprisingly effective is playing a few rounds of agario. Sounds silly, I know, but the quick, simple gameplay lets me forget about everything else. It’s like a mental palate cleanser. I remember once, I was huge, feeling invincible, and then poof, gone in one bite! Talk about a reality check and a sudden need for revenge, haha. Keeps me on my toes, anyway.

I totally get the point about constant "optimization" killing creativity. Like, chasing the algorithm dragon! It reminds me of when Flappy Bird first came out - so simple, so frustratingly random, and yet… addictive. Everyone tried to "optimize" their technique, but ultimately it was all luck, right? Now EVERYTHING feels like that. We're all just tapping screens hoping to avoid the pipes. I dunno. Maybe we need to deliberately cultivate some inefficiency. Food for thought, seriously. Thanks for this post!
